The Split Spirits Single Origin series goes beyond the barrel to discover delicious and distinct flavors unique to one place. By infusing wood adapted to different regions, not only do we capture flavors impossible to obtain through traditional barrel aging, we utilize portions of the tree that aren’t suitable for cooperage.
