606 Highball

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Split Spirits Illinois

  • 4-6 oz soda water

Fill highball glass with ice. Pour Split IL over ice and top with very cold soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Jim Collins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ oz Split Spirits Illinois

  • ¾ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz Allspice Dram

  • 1 Tsp 2:1 syrup

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • 1 egg white

Add all ingredients in a tin, dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain in a highball glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with an orange round and Luxardo cherry.
